- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is one of the worst and most unorganized title companies I have ever been too. For one it took the title commitment about 27 days to come back. They never explained just always tossed me around and the poor girl who answered the phone always tried her best to assist me and apologized. It's pathetic when the managers refuse to talk to you but the receptionist is bending over backwards to help you. We then were assigned a processor. We got stuck with the gem of a gal Dena I believe was her name. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. She was rude, told me numerous times something wasn't her job and that I needed to speak to Barbra. Well seems like Barbra is always outside every time I needed to speak with her. My lender, Fairway went above and behind to assist me when the title company refused too. The closer guy was more concerned with his life and small talk then actually discussing the closing papers. We were in there for almost 1.5 hours and still had to come back and sign stuff because he apparently doesn't know his job. I will never use this title company again nor will I refer anyone here.
