  I still haven't gotten the promised call back from you and it's been over a week (see last review posted)...... I will be in to show you the two prescriptions (one from Mr kocian and the other from lenscrafters) the next few days though. What was written is in fact true, I have the proof. You may help some people but you failed me big time. Because of your shotty work, I'm not able to get the lasik surgery now before my husband leaves for a deployment. We had to invest so much money, it's ridiculous (the eye exams, the one from your office and from lenscrafters, the gas money to drive back and forth to Austin multiple times, the contact lenses that didn't fit my prescription, the gas money to drive back to your office 3 times to redo the exam and still have the same wrong prescription, even money for the babysitter, the cost of the lenses that didn't match my prescription etc etc), and the time we will never get back! It was also very stressful and annoying, so it would be nice if you could find a better solution than a simple apology that doesn't get us anywhere.
