- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Our appointment was scheduled for 9am. We drove 45 minutes to make our appointment and arrived early. After checking in, the lady at the front desk disappeared for nearly an hour. We were not told that they were behind nor did anyone let us know we'd be helped soon. At 10:08, my husband was finally called back. We had our tow young daughters with us as well. It's unfortunate that we went out of our way to arrive early and do everything correct on our part and this is what we are left to deal with. This is terrible customer service!
