  This place is absolutely amazing. They are very kind and professional, going above and beyond their responsibilities to help individuals like myself during this home buying experience. I have contacted them several times before closing to ask questions about my loan and basic overall real estate related questions and they were so very helpful. Keep in mind they are a title company, not a real estate company, but they still helped guide me through this process! Customer Service - 5 Stars (polite and hospitable, felt extremely comfortable, very helpful. They went above and beyond to provide optimal customer service and support) Professionalism - 5 stars (outstanding and very professional the entire time) Technical knowledge overall - 5 stars (very knowledgeable on Real Estate practices/laws and everything a homebuyer should be aware of. Rebecca knew I was a little lost as a new home buyer and guided me through each question I had about the contract and anything related to being a new home buyer. Amazing! Documentation Organization - 5 stars (amazing and well organized) Communication - 5 stars (The entire time Rebecca and the entire staff addressed my phone calls and emails very timely and kept constant communication. More than our Lender/loan processor! Amazing overall experience. I wouldn't take the time to write this review if I didn't feel it was well worth it for your sake as a potential client of theirs. Any Title company in this area can provide title service, it is people like Rebecca and The Land Exchange staff that go above and beyond setting a higher standard of service.
